Learner outcomes

A supervised digital portfolio

Learners can build a public portfolio of approved work — articles, business profiles, photos and videos — that shows what they can do.

  • Approved articles, profiles, photos and videos
  • Evidence of real skills for employers and colleges
  • A record of growth and achievement

Private progress area

Authorised staff can record goals, feedback, attendance, skills development and agreed next steps. These records stay private and are never shown on public pages.

Safeguarding, consent & content approval

Safety first, always

We work within your setting's safeguarding arrangements. Nothing publishes without the right permissions.

Work is supervised by authorised staff.

Content is checked and approved before publication.

No personal contact details, sensitive information or private progress notes appear publicly.

Photos, videos and identifiable work require appropriate permissions.

The school or setting remains involved in safeguarding, consent and publication decisions.

Learners can ask for their published work to be reviewed or removed at any time.
